LingvoGo is a platform that provides a unique methodology for learning Hebrew, catering to both new and experienced learners who wish to improve their language skills.

Subscription Options

1. Monthly subscription with no long-term commitment.

2. Discounted 3-month access plan.

3. Discounted 6-month access plan.

During registration, users must sign up using an active email or via Facebook/Google. If the email provided is inactive, the user will not receive an activation code for the service.

Service Delivery Policy

• After successful payment, the user will receive an automatic email containing an activation code, which must be entered upon registration on the learning platform (https://go.lingvogo.com/).

• The email containing the code will be sent within an hour. If not received, users should contact support via email or WhatsApp.

• If a user purchases multiple access codes (e.g., a family package), they will receive separate codes that can be distributed accordingly for registration.

• The Website is fully responsible for the course content it offers.

• Website Management is not responsible for users who purchase a course, register with the activation code, but do not utilize the service (i.e., do not participate in lessons).

To support learners, the Website provides multiple support channels, including:

Cancellations & Refunds

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (1981) and the Consumer Protection Regulations (2010):

• Within the first 14 days of purchase, if the course has not been activated via an activation code, a refund is available, minus a 4% processing fee.

• After activation and up to 14 days from purchase, a 50% refund is available.

• Services already provided are non-refundable.

A free trial course is available to allow users to experience the platform before purchasing.

To request a cancellation, contact Website Management via email or WhatsApp. The Website may cancel an order with at least 2 hours' notice to the user. In such cases, the user will receive a refund if applicable.
